By accessing or using the CreativaFlor Atelier website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. These terms govern your use of our online floristry courses and related content.

2. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Purchases and Payments

All course fees are listed in USD and are non-transferable.Payment is required prior to course access. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Access credentials are delivered via email immediately after successful transaction.

• Single course purchases are valid for the original purchaser only
• Lifetime access applies only to purchased courses

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. Requests must be submitted via the contact form. No refunds will be issued after a course has been completed more than 30% or if materials have been downloaded in bulk.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not copy, redistribute, or resell our course materials. Content is protected by copyright. You agree not to use our platform for any unlawful purpose or to harass other members.

6. Limitation of Liability

CreativaFlor Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific course in question.
